BioTE Hormone Therapy

BioTE hormone pellet therapy uses tiny, bioidentical hormone pellets inserted just beneath the skin to deliver consistent, physiologic levels of testosterone and estrogen. Unlike oral pills, patches, or injections, pellets release hormones steadily over 3–6 months — closely mimicking the body's natural hormone delivery and avoiding the peaks and troughs of other methods.

How It Works

  • Blood work establishes a baseline; dose is customized per patient
  • Local anesthetic numbs a small area of the hip or upper buttock
  • Rice-sized pellet inserted just below the skin — no stitches
  • Pellets dissolve over 3–6 months; re-insertion maintains steady levels
  • ~15-minute in-office procedure; labs rechecked before each insertion

For Men

  • Fatigue, low libido, mood changes, or cognitive fog from low testosterone
  • Muscle loss or ED with a hormonal component
  • Prefer to avoid daily gels or frequent injections
  • Pellets replaced every 5–6 months
  • Most patients notice improvement in energy within 2–4 weeks

For Women

  • Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, or vaginal dryness
  • Fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, or low libido
  • Bone density support (testosterone benefits bone health in women)
  • Haven't responded well to oral or transdermal options
  • Pellets replaced every 3–4 months
